Soccer Clinic

This summer, Providence Presbyterian Church will be hosting a new outreach ministry: the Providence Soccer Clinic for children ages 6-13. The clinic will take place June 16-18 from 6:00-7:45 pm and is free of charge.

The goal of the clinic is to help young players learn the sport of soccer while being encouraged and guided by Christian principles.

Registration is open for Providence children and their friends. Space is limited to 60 players. If all spots are not filled by Providence families and their friends, registration will then open to the public on May 15.

While there is no cost to attend, donations are welcome to help support the ministry.

Each of the first two evenings will include two 50-minute training sessions with a 15-minute break in between. During the break, players will receive an energy bar and hear a short devotion. On the third evening, players will be placed on teams and participate in a friendly competition.

The clinic will start at 6pm sharp, so please arrive 15 minutes early for registration and warm-up.

We are looking for volunteers, both those experienced in soccer and those who are not. Volunteers without soccer experience can help with hospitality, registration, supporting drills, retrieving soccer balls, etc. You can sign up on the sheet in the foyer or speak with Andy E.

If you have any trouble with the registration form, please contact Natalia L.

If you have additional questions about the soccer clinic, please contact Andy E.
