Team Policies & Guidelines
Please find below policies and guidelines for various teams and ministries.
Serving in the Coffee Fellowship Ministry is one way you can help Providence become more of a family. We appreciate your service in this vital area.
Coffee Fellowship Host Responsibilities:
Please follow this procedure throughout the morning when you host, insuring that we have a coffee supply before and after Sunday school. It may be helpful to have one person “tend” the coffee station.
- Before Sunday School, make 2 pots of regular and decaf coffee. Instructions on how to use the coffee maker are in the top drawer below the coffee maker.
- Set out creamers from the refrigerator.
- All the supplies (tea bags, sugar, stir sticks) are available to use on the coffee counter. Refill items should be in the drawers below the counter.
- After Sunday School & before the 10:30am service, please replenish the coffee. This is the final preparation.
- After the service, please clean up.
- Rinse the coffee pots.
- Wipe down any tables used in Fellowship Hall and kitchen. Turn off the coffee maker switch behind the pot.
Each Monday you will receive an email with the Host Schedule and host names are also printed in the church bulletin weekly. Kindly touch base with whomever you are paired with to coordinate your service.
If you can’t serve on the date assigned, please switch with someone else on the schedule and let us know.
Thank you for sharing your time and talents and for your willingness to serve together! God bless you.

To sustain our currect recycling program required by the township and lighten the burden for the housekeeping staff, we are looking for 1 family/individual to serve.
There is a single blue recycle bin in the kitchen to collect the most common recyclable materials, cans/glass/#1&2 plastics. Your job is to check the bin each week and empty when needed. The bin is lined with a clear bag to make removal easier. New bags can be found in the bottom drawer closest the bin. You can bring the contents to the township recycle center (next to church across from Molasses Creek Park) or your home recycle bins.
*Keep in mind the clear bag is NOT recyclable and should be reused if it’s clean enough.
Please sign up in any available slots below and be sure to add your name to the comments field.
